*PLEASE DO NOT WASH IN THE DISHWASHER!
*Clean after each use using warm soapy water
*This knife is constructed of carbon steel and 
    will take on a patina with use over time. This is 
    normal and can be mitigated by cleaning immediately 
    after use and storing properly.
*Apply a thin to liberal coat of THF knife oil before storage.
